About The Towns at Plymouth Walk
The Towns at Plymouth Walk is a condominium community in Plymouth Township covering roughly 30 acres, just over a mile southeast of the Plymouth centre. It sits outside the city limits, so the tax bill is the township's, though Plymouth-Canton Community Schools serves both sides of that line.
The Towns at Plymouth Walk lies north of Ann Arbor Road and east of Lilley Road, around Firwood Drive. The project developer explicitly identifies Plymouth Township as the municipality.
The Towns at Plymouth Walk is the for-sale townhome portion of the larger Plymouth Walk development. Toll Brothers describes three-bedroom residences with two-car garages, and the project plan includes 120 for-sale attached condominiums alongside a separate apartment component. Apartment amenities are not automatically amenities of the townhome association.
The builder's Howe and Sanders design families include two-story plans starting at approximately 1,860 to 1,970 square feet, with options and specific homes varying. Plans feature open living spaces, bedroom-level laundry and full basements, with loft space in selected designs. End residences offer another configuration to compare.
The eastern Plymouth area has access to a broader recreation network around Hines Park, with Plymouth Riverside among its named destinations. Miller Family Park on Ann Arbor Trail, in the Robinson subdivision area, provides a smaller township walk-in park with play and lawn areas.
Haggerty Road and Ann Arbor Road are useful commercial corridors for the eastern township, while downtown Plymouth provides a more concentrated shopping and dining district to the west. Around Kellogg Park, destinations include Compari's on South Main, the district library and the Penn Theatre on Penniman.
East Ann Arbor Trail, Lilley and Haggerty organize trips through the eastern township. Ann Arbor Road connects toward I-275 for regional travel.
Landscaping maintenance and snow removal are included in the builder's community description. Review the current association documents for the full service scope, owner responsibilities and any additional charges. The separate apartment development's amenities should not be treated as part of the for-sale townhome offering.
