About River Bend
River Bend is a small pocket of condominiums in Plymouth Township, about a mile north of the Plymouth centre. It is a Wayne County address on township rates, in the Plymouth-Canton district.
River Bend is off Northville Road north of Edward Hines Drive.
Its multilevel residences, attached garages and outdoor areas create a different choice from Charnwood's smaller condo format nearby. The Hines Park corridor is a meaningful part of the surrounding geography. Buyers can compare both the route to recreation and the way the residence distributes gathering rooms, bedrooms and additional living space.
Edward Hines Drive and the Hines Park corridor are central geographic references for River Bend. Old Village's smaller public parks provide additional places to explore in the surrounding area. The specific route from a residence determines how recreation fits into daily life; a nearby green corridor does not automatically provide a private entrance or direct trail connection from every unit.
Haggerty Road and the Five Mile and Schoolcraft corridors help organize daily trips from this part of the township. For a downtown outing, Plymouth's central streets offer shops, restaurants and the Penn Theatre, with Compari's on South Main among the dining options. Northville is a separate nearby downtown to consider in a broader area tour; it should not be confused with the property's municipality.
Northville Road, Haggerty, Five Mile and Schoolcraft are useful orientation routes in the northern township. The I-96 and I-275 network supports regional trips.
