About Hunters Park

Hunters Park is a small pocket of single-family houses in Plymouth Township, about two miles west of the Plymouth centre.

Hunters Park is a small condominium development in the Beck Road and North Territorial Road area.

Its small scale and court arrangement create a different choice from a large attached-townhome development. Buyers who want the physical separation of a detached home can still find an association involved in aspects of the property. The specific maintenance division deserves attention: lawn service, exterior repairs and alterations may not work the same way as they do in a conventional attached condominium.

The western township's public recreation includes Hilltop Golf Course at 47000 Powell Road and Plymouth Township Park on Ann Arbor Trail. Golf, walking paths, a fishing pond and play areas offer different ways to spend time outdoors. Farther afield, Maybury State Park in the Northville area provides a larger trail destination.

Trips toward downtown Plymouth lead to the shops and dining around Kellogg Park, including Compari's on South Main and the Penn Theatre on Penniman. The Ann Arbor Road commercial corridor provides another group of everyday destinations.

Ridge, Beck, Napier and North Territorial form the main geographic framework for western-township travel. Regional trips may use the M-14, I-96 and I-275 network.

A detached condominium can have a different maintenance arrangement from an attached condo. Review the master deed and current association documents to establish the unit boundaries, common areas and responsibility for the home's exterior and grounds.
