About Eaton Estates

Eaton Estates is a named subdivision of single-family houses in Plymouth Township, roughly 20 acres about a mile and a half northwest of the Plymouth centre. Send me an address and I will pull what has sold on that street.

Eaton Estates is north of North Territorial Road and east of Beck Road, near Beacon Meadows.

Eaton Estates places a condominium option within the same northern-township area as Beacon Meadows and Walnut Creek. A pond-facing unit or a home with a walkout can offer a different day-to-day experience from another unit in the same association.

The western township's public recreation includes Hilltop Golf Course at 47000 Powell Road and Plymouth Township Park on Ann Arbor Trail. Golf, walking paths, a fishing pond and play areas offer different ways to spend time outdoors. Farther afield, Maybury State Park in the Northville area provides a larger trail destination.

Trips toward downtown Plymouth lead to the shops and dining around Kellogg Park, including Compari's on South Main and the Penn Theatre on Penniman. The Ann Arbor Road commercial corridor provides another group of everyday destinations.

Ridge, Beck, Napier and North Territorial form the main geographic framework for western-township travel. Regional trips may use the M-14, I-96 and I-275 network.

Review the current association documents for maintenance responsibilities, included services, parking and use rules. The budget, reserves and insurance information help explain how the community operates.
