East of Haggerty, between two main roads

Haggerty Road runs north and south along the eastern side of this area, roughly parallel to I-275, with Ann Arbor Road and Joy Road running east and west on either side.

I-275 lies just east, running north to I-96 and south to I-94, which puts Detroit Metropolitan Airport, the Livonia employment corridor and the drive west toward Ann Arbor within a reasonable run in different directions. Downtown Plymouth is a short run northwest.

The I-275 Metro Trail runs the length of that corridor, which means the same infrastructure that carries the traffic also carries a paved route north and south on foot or by bicycle.

Outdoor destinations in the wider area

For a larger public park outing, Plymouth Township Park on Ann Arbor Trail offers walking paths, play areas and a fishing pond. The eastern Plymouth area also connects with the broader Hines Park recreation corridor. These are destinations outside the community. Private amenities, when offered by a condominium association, follow a separate set of maintenance and use arrangements. Compari's on the Park and the Penn Theatre are two established destinations there.
