About Beacon Hollow

Beacon Hollow is a named community of single-family houses in Plymouth Township, roughly 10 acres just under a mile west of the Plymouth centre. Treat the page as a place to start — tell me the address and I will pull what has sold on that street.

Beacon Hollow is off West Ann Arbor Trail west of Sheldon Road, around the Pinecrest Drive area.

Beacon Hollow's location around Pinecrest Drive gives it a more specific identity than the broad Plymouth condo label. West Ann Arbor Trail connects this area with downtown in one direction and the McClumpha and Beck corridors in the other. Within the community, multiple living levels and outdoor spaces create important differences between units. A wooded or stream-facing position can change the outlook from the main rooms, but the view, privacy and amount of usable outdoor space depend on the residence you select.

Plymouth Township Park at 46640 Ann Arbor Trail is a major public recreation destination for this part of the township. Its 80 acres include walking paths, playscapes, a fishing pond, baseball fields and seasonal sprayscape and sledding activities. Hilltop Golf Course, an 18-hole township-owned course on Powell Road, adds another nearby outdoor option.

Downtown Plymouth is the local destination for a more concentrated outing of shopping, dining and entertainment. Main Street and Penniman Avenue include places such as Compari's on the Park and the Penn Theatre. The Ann Arbor Road corridor serves a different purpose, with commercial stops spread along the road.

Sheldon, McClumpha, Beck and Ann Arbor Trail connect different parts of the central township. Ann Arbor Road provides a broader east-west route.
