The tax bill still comes from Northville Township rather than the City of Northville, and Northville Public Schools covers most of the township, with the district line confirmed by address.

The Villas at Northville Hills lies north of Five Mile Road and west of Sheldon Road near the Northville Hills Golf Club. Its condominium format provides a distinct option within the larger residential area.
