About Abbey Knoll Estates
Abbey Knoll Estates covers roughly 45 acres in the City of Northville, about a mile and a half northwest of the centre. Inside the city limits both of the questions I usually have to run down are already settled: the tax bill is the City of Northville's and the district is Northville Public Schools.
Abbey Knoll Estates sits north of Eight Mile Road and east of Beck Road, in the Oakland County portion of the city. Its established subdivision setting offers a different home search from the older streets immediately around downtown.
Colonial and Cape Cod homes from the late 1980s give the neighborhood much of its character. Brick exteriors, attached garages and substantial interiors are common, with later renovations creating meaningful differences between individual properties.
West Main, Seven Mile and Eight Mile organize many trips on this side of Northville. A house near downtown can still have a very different drive to work from one closer to Beck Road.
Downtown Northville, Fish Hatchery Park and Maybury State Park provide different options for an area visit. You can pair a home tour with a walk through the central shopping streets or a separate park outing.
Tell me the address and I will pull what has sold on that street.
