Golf Ridge is a Soave-built subdivision in the village of Dundee, in Monroe County — one of three Soave developments in a village of about four thousand, which makes the builder a bigger part of Dundee's housing story than it would be almost anywhere else.
One thing to settle early in Dundee, on any street: whether an address sits inside the village or out in Dundee Township. The line decides the tax bill, the services, and sometimes the answer on water and sewer, and it is settled by the parcel rather than by the mailing address.
