About Dundee Ridge
Dundee Ridge is a Soave-built subdivision in the village of Dundee, in Monroe County. The village is small — about four thousand people — with the River Raisin running through the middle of it and US-23 putting Ann Arbor roughly twenty-five minutes north.
The value here is the reason most buyers look: what a small ranch costs closer to Ann Arbor tends to buy more house, or more land, in Dundee. The trade is inventory. A village this size lists a handful of homes at a time, so finding the right one is a question of timing more than of choice, and that makes knowing when something is coming worth more than it is in a bigger market.
Homes here are served by Dundee Community Schools. Dundee is home for me, so if you are weighing Dundee Ridge I can tell you honestly how it compares to the rest of the village.
