About Kensington Ridge
Kensington Ridge is a Del Webb community in Milford Township near Milford Road and I-96, restricted to residents 55 and older. The houses are detached and built around main-floor living: published plans run from about 1,500 square feet for the Vista to about 2,420 for the Stellar, with larger and differently arranged options alongside them.
The shared facilities are the other half of what is being bought. The Lake House amenity center opened in December 2025 — roughly 16,800 square feet holding an indoor heated pool, fitness space, a golf simulation room and rooms for crafts and other activities, with a lifestyle director running the program. Kensington Metropark is next door.
On a new build, the base house, the options and the homesite premium are three separate numbers, and a model home will usually show finishes that are not in the advertised starting price. On a resale, what has been installed since is the thing to price.
