Townes on the Green is a small pocket of condominium homes in Pittsfield Township, about three miles southwest of the Ann Arbor centre, with the units individually owned. The township address changes both of the standard answers: Pittsfield Township rates on the tax bill, and a school district split between Ann Arbor and Saline that is settled by address.
The development includes homes around Canopy Tree Way and Evergreen Lane. Its newer construction and multi-level attached plans make it a different option from both established apartment-style condos and detached township houses.
