About The Woodlands
The Woodlands is a named residential area within the City of Ann Arbor, covering roughly 45 acres about two and a half miles east of the centre. The housing is detached single-family. A city address means the tax bill is at City of Ann Arbor rates and the district is Ann Arbor Public Schools. For anything narrower than that, tell me the address and I will pull what has sold on that street.
The Woodlands is an east Ann Arbor subdivision around West Dobson Place and Bund Court. It sits within the Green Road and Glazier Way neighborhood landscape, where several smaller developments share convenient routes toward the university and the Huron River. Its name should be kept separate from Woodlands of Geddes Glen in Superior Township.
The east-side park network is part of the area's appeal, but a wooded view and a protected public natural area are different features.
