The Fairways at The Polo Fields is a condominium community of roughly 20 acres within the larger Polo Fields, in Scio Township about four and a half miles west of the Ann Arbor centre. Two things to settle early: which of the two districts serves the address, and what the association's documents and dues look like. The tax bill is the township's, not the city's.

It is a distinct community from the Fairways and Fairway Woods at Stonebridge in Pittsfield Township.

Polo Fields Golf and Country Club is a separate private club; nearby housing does not by itself establish membership or golf privileges.
