About Huron River Hills
Huron River Hills is a named residential subdivision within the City of Ann Arbor, covering roughly 40 acres about a mile and a half north of the centre. The homes are detached single-family. City limits carry the tax rate and the district with them — City of Ann Arbor rates, Ann Arbor Public Schools. For anything narrower, tell me the address and I will pull what has sold on that street.
The location belongs to the broader Barton Drive and Pontiac Trail area, where several smaller recorded neighborhoods meet. Despite the name, a property should not be assumed to have river frontage or private water access.
The Huron River parks are a broader area attraction. For an individual house, look at its yard, street setting and practical route to a public park entrance. Comparable sales should reflect the home's actual features rather than assigning a waterfront premium to the neighborhood name.
Community details reflect public records and local knowledge and can change — always verify what matters to your purchase. Explore more of Ann Arbor's neighborhoods, or browse active listings.
